why is it that when you are totally exhausted then your sleep patterns decide to go awol and you find yourself wide awake at 2 am mentally but totally exhausted physically..... 3rd night in a row on the weird sleep routine... its going to be hard hard work on the keeping eyes open at work challenge today.

well words can not really describe what a great time I had in Philly.. a great city indeed and with a great friend as well... roll on September when she visits the good old UK.

We will party hard yet again!

Which reminds me I have to find a crash helmet that will fit her....

Today I find myself deeply sadden by the news that xionin has lost a dear friend C
Having got to know xionin and having spent quality time with her only last week it saddens me to think of her bearing this news. A short chat this morning confirmed to me that this has left her numb and in shock as I am sure it would effect many of us in losing a friend ( Read more... )
