Hey all. I was talking with BP a while ago, and we thought it would be fun to head out to Las Vegas sometime around the middle of August (maybe Aug. 12 - ??). I was given the task of stirring up interest for the trip. Holy shit, after procrastinating for so long I sent out an email 2 seconds ago about a vegas trip and came to LJ to advertise it and I see this.
Great minds think alike? Anyway, the details are in the email and anyone who isnt on that mailing list or doesnt have access to a computer (BP you noob) needs to be informed too. Driving < flying I think. 20 hours next to Mung could result in a gas-induced delirium. We gotta get this shit together quick or the rising prices will pwn us like noobs.

you can fly one of those really cheap airlines (spirit, ted, jetblue) and get a relatively cheap flight.

ORD to HK; $298. ORD to LV: $400. Way to go United. Can your mom fix this, and make flights from ORD to FRA cheaper as well?

Way to go, Pete. I knew you would come through eventually.

Maybe we should set a deadline for action, to encourage people to reply (although that probably won't work anyway). I too fear getting reamed by high fares.

August 31st, I believe. I think my schedule may be quite similar to U of I's.
