Your dog could be sick. Cats and dogs will hide when they are not feeling well. Maybe you should make a trip to the vet.

Thanks! He did turn out to be sick but he's better now. I had overlooked an ingredient in his food that he was allergic to and so I found the culprit and stopped feeding him that stuff. He is now back to his old self again. I didn't know that hiding was a sign that your pet may be sick so I really appreciate you letting me know. :)
