Apartment for Lease Transfer

I am lease transferring my apartment as of June 1st (my lease expires in August)

It's a 3.5 close to Prince Arthur and St. Dominique. It can be kinda loud here, especially in summer when the windows are open. So hopefully you're some kinda night owl or creature of the darkness or a heavy sleeper at the very least.
