apparently give a more cheaper and legal videogame option to those markets. Over there Piracy is so rampannt that many big companies (like Nintendo) cannot enter like in the other places. Nintendo never entered in Russia (google "Dendy" and you will know why) and in brazil, wii games cost like 100+ dls <.<

Remember the ique player by Nintendo? they made it because of that.

I wonder if it will succeed. It seems like a good idea in paper but who knows..

Ro be honest, even if it can end piracy, it will not be successful, as somehow people are rather interested in consoles that's...well known. When I am one of these people, this console does interest me. But I don't think piracy will be ever stopped, because there is ALOT of people who managed to get around the piracy, because they have skills that allows them to be able to crack -ANY- games/consoles by spending all of their life on working on that.

Still, when I saw "silimar to Dreamcast power" all I thought: "I wish SEGA woul make another console already" :P Stupid I know, but I'm just being silly SEGA fanboy. And I want Shenmue 3 now. Ffs.

yeah I would love to see a new console by sega :( and shenmue 3 damn it! it ended with a cliffhanger Dx

Yeah it will take more to defeat piracy because is normally a 3 head monster (culture, money and legal) but you can't blame them for trying it ^^

btw, the company behind the zeebo is a brazilian company named Tec Toy that were famous because they released sega games and consoles, even original ones like street fighter 2
