you know that sooner or later someone in the bureaucracy weels would figure something like "what the hell so many Mexicans applying for refugee status? but are they a harsh dictatorship like some Asian and Africans? Technically no... they even got elections and all... and the mafia and aristocracy issues they have can not cover ALL this applications let me take this to my boss..." was a good usage of a legal loop hole but... when to much use it... the loop hole is discovered... a few years ago some that emigrate to Canada from Azores Islands where deported because they used the same claim... but after 1976 democracy consolidated and despite all it's flaws you can not claim that you need a refugee status... poor poor them... NOT... do things proper and no one, even nationals, can bitch on you...
