It's only three months, I think you should definitely do it! It could be the experience of a lifetime. Dayton will always be there, but the opportunity won't! Your friends will truly understand and they won't be upset. Yes, they will miss you, but that's why it's only 3 months. :)

If it's only 3 months, I think you should go. You deserve that break, and your friends will understand... just emphasize the whole 3 month thing and that it'd be a good break.

Gosh, that is so sad. The puppy thing, not the job thing. To the job thing i say kudos but the whole puppy situation...ay yi yi. It saddens me.
