Robert Z'Dar! He starred in lots of B movies, two of which were given the MST3K treatment. (Soultaker, Future War.)

Soultaker was a excellent moooooovie. It was an amusing MST at least. That dude has a HUGE jaw. I thought they made him up that way for the film (loosely termed) but apparently from his publicity pics on his website he really is a lantern jawed freak!
