I was cooking some chicken on my George Forman....it was going well until I cut the chicken open to make sure it was done only to find it hadn't defrosted all the way. The center wasn't cooked and I had to throw away that piece of chicken. I was sad because I had my whole meal planned out. Better luck next time ( Read more... )

Today was our high school Area competition for All-State Band.  We had 16 kids try out and 3 make it to state.  That is very exciting for us except that I will have duties during TMEA...nothing major, but still...it's my job.  I was a judge in the saxophone room and it was very interesting...and for you Leander Band folks, I saw Mrs. Plemons.  ( Read more... )

What a coincidence...I am sick too. I was sick on new year's eve and even running a fever. This was no fun because I was in east Texas at a relatives house. I stuck it out though and made it until midnight.
