ryan adams is definitely obnoxious. i remember him saying "i am the best" in an interview. and i'd be an actual 'fan' of kanye were he not off his rocker as well.

this post made me realize some of the new music i have missed.

seems as though many of the best musicians are not normal by normal standards. that's why i wish they would just make music instead of offering their unqualified opinions on pretty much anything.

as it went, 2005 felt kinda weak in terms of good music, but i managed to find 18 albums i liked. must have not been that bad.

"Jacksonville City Nights" is better than "Cold Roses." Just a thought.

eh, i like cold roses, but the other 2 aren't bad. since most of the songs were written and recorded around the same time, i figure the "best" songs went on the first record and so on. i realize that's not entirely true, especially since 29 is somewhat of a concept album. but whatever.
