I do believe that it is too late to drop a course/program. A girl in my biochem class tried to drop earlier this week, but they said it was too late.

Well, seeing as I never added the course, I'm not gonna worry about it.

What can they do, give me an F in a course I never signed up for? :P

Um.....so, if you never signed up, then you can't drop. You just stop actively observing.
