I am on my first day of a week long vacation. It's so nice to have job that not only offers vacation but encourages employees to go. I know I can use the time off. It's a good job (for retail) with great benefits (for any job) but we work very hard for it and the time off is much needed. We'll be going to King's Island tomorrow, then we need to hit

You might not have liked them but the rest of the audience ate it up. Several of them bought entire sets of his dvds.

Me, I liked them. He got a lot better as we made them. I'm not sure how Abe's Tomb is going to go over. It seems pretty bad to me. And The Dead Matter, while having big name actors in it, definitely has some rough patches in it.

BUT, as long as the audience has fun and keeps coming back... I'm pretty sure the snark in the audience is going to come out at the next one.

I know you weren't being mean. I'm just pointing out that the movies shown aren't going to please everyone. We have some people who want me to show Lost Skeleton of Cadavera and some who hate it. You didn't like Mihm's movies but i had others who LOVED them.

The only thing I can focus on is my part of the show and to keep lining up movies that people don't have to pay to see.

Honey, 3D conversions suck on toast. Seriously, the worse things ever. They look like dioramas and make the picture fuzzy and dark. *shudder* I wish you luck though

The program I'm using works pretty good. We've did a test conversion of Independence Day and showed it here at the house and it looked good. There were some moments where we needed to sway in front of our face. It takes some fiddling with the controls until you find the right setting for the movie. Luckily, I'm a pretty anal for things like that.
