We crushed it. I would have liked to make a little more money but we turned a profit and the audience loved it! -
trouble me
So... this is it. I'm coming down to the final push for something that's been consuming all my free time for about four months-

We're adding a second series to our YouTube channel (with a 3rd in the planning phase still). We're going to be doing monthly reaction videos to Wild Eye Releasing's movies. These are the 9 they sent to start me off.

taking stock
Since my long-time LJ buddy, yaffa, is once again surfing the seas of LiveJournal, I figured I should give this a post since I haven't since October ( Read more... ) -
So, how did it go?
We pulled it off! I'm pretty proud of us. This was an ambitious show that took a storyline woven through 8 months of shows. Our regulars loved it and our first-timers were shocked they've never heard of us. We got our contract renewed through June! That's 8 more shows! I have 2 more long storylines planned. Three months down...
Three months done at the new theater. Our original contract is finished but they extended us through November after our second show. We've also introduced our second recurring villain after setting up his appears way back at the old theater!
We've technically had 4 shows in the 3 months since we did one at Penguicon the week before this show. And ( Read more... ) -
Busy Busy Busy
We had our second show at the new venue this past weekend. We've now had two great shows there. We even started ON TIME last show (the main fight with the last theater). It was so great to be able to end our show before it got too late and it was good for the theater because I could tell them EXACTLY when intermission would be. Tomorrow I sign a ( Read more... ) -
