And I just noticed that you're listening to David Bowie -- you make me happy!

It's from the mix Brenna made for me before I left. I've been caving in lately and listening to that and Abbie's mix because I've just heard Diego Torres and Arjona about as many times as I can handle, and the English CDs are all really cool and the songs make me happy. But they're in English, so I feel slightly guilty.
And you do not want to have been there for my solo. The woman I left my camera with so nobody would steal it took a picture of me, and when it comes out I'll send it to you. Then you can see how absolutely awkward and nervous I looked. I came off shaking, I swear!

Yay happy Callie!!!!! Aaaaaaaaaah I miss you. A lot. But things sound marvelous. Thai food is SO. GOOD. They make it less spicy for Americans, but my god, we had some last night and it was amazing.

Abbie! I miss you too! As for Thai food, they really do make everything a ton milder for us wimpy Americans (at True Thai, anyways). I told Palm that I absolutely LOVE pad thai (because I do, it's pretty much my favorite food), but I said "pero sin picante" and she just laughed at me. I still love it though. Darnit! I haven't eaten pad thai in 3 months! And now I really want some too.
