Music!

Yesterday was the most fantastic evening musically. First I had clarinet, which is always fun, and I got the music that I'm going to play for the recital in December. It's a POLKA!!! I love the feeling, when you're thousands of miles away from home, and Something happens that seems like it's sent just for you. You could blame it on coincidence, or you could remember all the people who love you in Minneapolis thinking about you (when I think Cat Stevens, I think Abbie). Somehow, Abbie and Cat Stevens are just inextricably linked. And I agree that memory ambushes like that are definitely incredible, coincidence or no.

Soccer deprived? I guess it's unfair to assume that every spanish speaking country is obsessed with soccer. But still, that surprised me. I played a little soccer with Brenna a few weeks ago and we decided when you come back we should all play pickup soccer more often.
