My suggestion ... buy a Mac; seriously.

Most of the assholes who busy themselves with writing viruses know that PC's using the Windows operating systems make up the larger share of personal and more importantly business computers. So that's what they write 'em for.

Macs are not immune, but are far less likely to get a virus than PC's ... and they're more fun to work with anyway.
