So, as some may or may not have noticed, I've been struggling with my weight over the past year.  I know I have to lose a good 20 (probably 30) pounds to get me back on track.  I actually had to go and buy a larger size pair of jeans yesterday, which absolutely killed me.  Ever since I lost all that weight, I may have fluctuated slightly, but I've ( Read more... )

I know how you feel.

I was down to about 180lbs. my size 34 waist jeans were too big for me.

I ended up back in size 36 and then horrified to buy 38.

I started Jenny Craig and am in my 4th week, lost 15 pounds after 3 weeks, suddenly my pants and shirts are a bit too big, my face is getting thinner.

I have a gym at work, I'm there daily no matter how much it kills me to do so lol.

You'll find that motivation. When I found myself buying Alli and risking it's nasty side effects, I knew I was desperate and decided Jenny Craig was the best choice. It's expensive, and it works.

If you only have 20-30 lbs to lose, you'll probably get a good deal on memebership, i'm fat so signed up for the lifetime plan lol.

good luck, I know it's hard, but I know you've succeded in the past and know you will again

That's my goal weight loss too, 30lbs. I want to lose it before my next show goes up. I'm tired of watching show videos and crying because of how I look.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Lately, I've been living by this motto... for some reason, it really, really resonates with me:

Helen Gurley Brown, the most amazing editor of Cosmopolitan, says her motto is, "Get up and do it if it needs to be done, even if you hate it!"
