Picking Flowers
there was a man who neglected his family. He would work long hours and never put his family first. His boss Mr. Charles would tell the man, "Dean, you are as busy a BEE in a PARK of flowers." Dean would just chuckle to him self and get back to work.
At home he would LOCK himself in his office an make CALLS deep into the night. His poor wife would SHEEPISHLY sit next to the office door to not forget her husband's voice.
Dean worked to build a TOWER of marble for his family to live comfortably. He did not realize he had built his own WORLD that kept him away from him love one.
One late night he went to bed and realized his wife was not SLEEPING there. He found a note, from his wife, telling him that she was gone and would not come back until he figured out what was important. He was very BUGGED by this, didn't she realize how much he did for the family. As he walked though the empty halls of his house he looked at all the pictures of his children and realized that he had missed there lives and that he never stopped to smell the roses and enjoy the life he could have had.
