I'm having trouble with a program I'm writing for my research project. It's telling me a I have things when I shouldn't. Read through the code and figure out what's wrong if you can. The problematic text is bolded, the not so problematic text is struck out.

I've been sick for a while. I got diagnosed with streptococcal pharyngitis, strep throat, and now that I'm on anti-biotics, things are improving. Well, the drugs and the couple of days of nothing but television and video games. Now, I'm really recovered, a five day weekend was what I needed.
