I believe that President Bush knew terrorists were going to attack us and he just let it happen so he could get his agenda for war moving. The reason I believe this is becasue he was given a security briefing on August 6, 2001 which stated that Osama Bin Laden was planning to attack America by hijacking airplanes and he just went fishing.
