So, its been two weeks since my last update. I deal. Anyway, accepted the job with GES. I got an offer from both them and Roux. Roux offered more money, but GES is half the distance away and, I expect, do work that I am more interested in. So, right now I feel like I made the right decision. Padme dies stupidly, Sidious' transformation a la Bram Stoker's Dracula is stupid, Grievous is stupid, Samuel L. Jackson did not say "mother fucker" once, and the baby thing was kinda stupid.

Oh, by the way, I finally saw the movie.

I just found out that one of the best people I know at Cooper will be attending another school next year. She just better know that being out of Cooper is not the end of the world, and that all the friends that she made at Cooper ARE STILL her friends, and love her. Just got back from the Fraternity's Canoe Trip yesterday. Had a pretty good time...too much smoke, but at least there were three decent meals this year, as opposed to other years. The rafting was kinda fun, too. I found out that I am able to paddle better than most of the two-person teams that the group was able to put together. Or, maybe they ( Read more... )

I'm engaged.

I just talked to Pall Corporation. I was told that, because I didn't call them back soon enough, they filled the position internally. But, I left a message on their answering machine, and she never called me back. But, its my fault that I didn't get in contact with them sooner. Grr.
