This election is McCain's to lose. While Obama has that Kennedy charisma on his side, for some reason McCain appeals to a significant group of undecideds ranging from the moderates to the "guilty liberals" (i.e. liberals with money). On some base level he just comes across as likeable. Heck, I even briefly entertained the idea of voting for him when he first made his appearence in '00 -- before he showed his true colors, and totally flip flopped on all his prior statements so he could prove to everyone he was "conservative"
