An IP Address is a multi-digit number that identifys your computer. Depending on your connection, it can change every time you connect (Also called Dynamic that would be Dialup) or stay the same (Also called Static that would be DSL/Cable). All websites and computers have an IP address, for example yours (and everybody elses) is 127.0.0.1, which is localhost, you also have another IP address, but I don't really know what that one is.
oh my goodness what happened to the date on your post? i see it as october 26th, 2005 and im thinking oh my goodness thats my birthday!! i havent read ur little thingymabob for awhile because i lost the address and then 2day when i was deleting random things from my computer, i saw the link for it and i thought oh my goodness its been forever since i last bothered sage with my annoying brainless rambling! that was one hell of a run-on sentence huh? give me time and i'll come up with an even better one. well you didnt give me anything good to share my 2 cents about 2day so this is going 2 have 2 be relatively short. -Chandra
