The trip to Russia was one disaster after another. I was supposed to fly from Heathrow to Frankfurt, meet Craig our sales manager and then get the connection to Moscow

That does sound like the worst business trip ever, and the hotel, sounds like a Russian version of faulty towers! Poor you. Frankfurts nice though? Did you get a chance to look around there?

I didn't get chance to look around Frankfurt, but I would have loved to as I enjoyed Stuttgart. The Germans were a billion times more helpful than the Russians as well. They laid on free transport, free hotel and free buffet dinner / drink. I didn't have to ask for any of it.

I love Germany. The Germans are so hospitable and efficient as a matter of course.
I'd still like to go to Moscow, but I'd be wary about the hotels now. :)
