My new project has a frost giant trying to take over Springfield Mass and a Valkyrie and her consort are trying to stop him. Since it is in Massachusetts in January most people don’t notice that there is a frost giant.

The consort is from a family of Hyena shifters (he isn't one) so he is used to strong strong woman. Mind you she dosn't know that his family are shifters, not that she would care Odin loves shifters.

DW has decided to produce an audio version of my Earthbow, presumably so it can keep Audible's recording of Seabird company.
He named me trail-herder for the new narrator about a month ago. (Wonder how he knew I was looking for summer entertainment? ;-P )
BTW, I wish DW would "get it" that "If you build it, they will come," only works in F/a/n/t/a/s/y /B/a/s/e/b/a/l/l/ baseball fantasy films.
I'm still looking for laid-back beta readers for Gryphon & Basilisk. Nada to date. Two weeks ago, I wrote a long prose-poem re Ocean City New Jersey. It has possibilities, but as a substitute for me actually -being- in OCNJ, it sucks.
