BROOK
one piece
Idiot. Rita teamed up with Brook out of necessity when she had been drugged and was unsure of what would happen to her, and she now regrets it. She views Brook as being superstitious and cowardly, and has very little appreciation for his efforts to help her.
CLAUDE C. KENNI
star ocean: the second story
Rita came to meet Claude after hearing he might know a few things about heraldry. Thanks to the things he told her, she was able to formulate a working theory, and now she is capable of using heraldry spells. She's grateful for his help, though she isn't really one to show it. She's also somewhat sympathetic to his losing Leon, as she's basically lost all of her friends, though she doesn't have any way of expressing that sympathy, and instead just distances herself from the subject. Rita doesn't really want to become too involved in anyone's friendships, anyway.
Their information exchanges continue, and Rita now awaits a chance to see the heraldry tattoos that the institute forced on Claude.
EMA SKYE
ace attorney
Though Ema's a year older, Rita still thinks of her as a kid in comparison to herself. She doesn't mind talking to her, though. Ema's interest in the details of magic theory and her praise for Rita's success feeds Rita's already-enormous ego and generally makes her feel good about herself. For that reason, she rather likes having Ema around.
FURUDO ERIKA
umineko no naku koro ni
Unaware of foreign naming conventions, Rita believes this girl's given name to be 'Furudo'. That aside, she finds her company tolerable, and even a bit enjoyable. 'Furudo' is a critical thinker who doesn't take things at face value, and Rita appreciates having a fellow skeptic she can talk to. Her explanations for some of Landel's tricks were interesting and plausible, and should another weird event come along, Rita may come seeking her again in the future to discuss their hypotheses.
GABRIEL (THE TRICKSTER)
supernatural
Useless. Makes a lot of quips that Rita can't quite understand, but that's okay since she's ignoring half of them. He does seem to have a decent amount of common sense, however, which was a breath of fresh air when they were both being suffocated by Snow's stupidity.
GUY CECIL
tales of the abyss
When they first met, Rita mistook Guy for Flynn and was frustrated when he seemed to not recognize her. Now that the misunderstanding has been cleared up, her first impressions of him are that he's a fairly decent guy. He's friendly, but not uncomfortably so, so he seems easy to get along with. The fact that he didn't doubt the existence of Rita's world was also a plus. Perhaps most importantly in Rita's eyes, however, is the fact that Guy also seeks an alternative energy source for his planet. Guy was cooperative in helping Rita understand his world's magic system, and she appreciates it.
HEINRICH LUNGE
monster
It wouldn't be completely right to say that Rita likes Lunge - she actually finds his face and his fidgeting a bit creepy. However, she enjoys that she's able to have intelligent discussions with him, and that he seems to be generally well-informed, and for that, she has some respect for the man, even if she doesn't act all that respectful towards him.
KAIRI
kingdom hearts
Kairi seems like a genuinely kind person, and she did lend Rita her maps, even if they weren't particularly useful in the end. The general impression that Rita gets from Kairi is that she's the type that tends to look on the bright side, but she isn't annoyingly optimistic, so she's fairly easy to deal with. Kairi has also shown kindness and support in ways that Rita previously only ever got from Estelle. Because of this, Rita's opinion of Kairi has gradually evolved from mere tolerance to appreciation, though she's yet to actually show it.
KRATOS AURION
tales of symphonia
Easy to work with, not as easy to like. Rita is fascinated by Kratos' Cruxis Crystal, but her enthusiasm rubbed him the wrong way, leading him to react violently. Since Rita doesn't take well to being threatened, she's still a bit sore about that. However, the two of them were able to work together after that, so while she still doesn't like Kratos very much, she has some respect for him.
LOKI

MOKONA
tsubasa reservoir chronicle
Rita finds Mokona annoying. She's immature, nosy, and can't take a hint. Though Mokona's sincere effort and persistence in trying to become friends with her reminds Rita of Estelle in a way, she's still doing her best to deter the kid from getting into her business.
RIKU
kingdom hearts
He doesn't seem all that sociable, but then again, neither is Rita, so she appreciates being able to talk business and get some straight answers. Once they both come to learn more about the institute, she suspects he might end up being a useful contact to have.
ROSE LALONDE
homestuck
TBA
SON GOKU
dragon ball
While Rita knows Goku's name just fine, she won't call him by it. He's just "brat" or "twerp" to her. Rita doesn't find Goku's innocence or ignorance endearing in the least - in fact, she finds it irritating. Actually, she finds everything about Goku irritating. Every time he opens his mouth, he manages to say something that offends her or leaves her dumbfounded at his stupidity. She's grudgingly agreed to work with him for the time being, but foresees many headaches in the near future.
SNOW VILLIERS
final fantasy xiii
Idiot. Mega-idiot. Acts like there's nothing he can't do. While his easygoing nature is convenient for Rita, his stupidly optimistic attitude and near-baseless confidence makes it hard for her to spare even a tiny bit of respect for him. Despite this, Rita actually wouldn't mind working with him again, since his immense size and apparent strength would make him useful (as a meat shield). She also wouldn't mind giving him a good punch in the jaw when he gets started on another stupid speech.
SORA
kingdom hearts
When Rita met Sora, she fully expected him to be an idiot, and while she hasn't completely ruled that out just yet, he surprised her with his helpfulness. She has the impression that he knows his way around the institute, and that he may have a good amount of general information.
TAURA
the vorkosigan saga
Though Rita finds Taura strange in several ways, she has some respect for the woman. Taura was able to expose her to a type of magic she'd never even heard of before, and she also has enough fighting skill and common sense to make for a dependable ally. It also helps that they specialize in completely different types of techniques, making them a fairly good team.
WOODY
toy story
Kind of annoying to deal with. Why ask questions if you don't want to believe any of the answers? Still, Rita can relate to the skepticism he showed, so part of her does hope that he survives long enough to smarten up and start recognizing the dangers around him. She's taken to teasing the man occasionally, and she finds some small enjoyment in seeing him struggle, though she doesn't dislike him as much as she seems to.
HOWL
howl's moving castle
Howl's gentlemanly mannerisms aren't something Rita is used to, so his outward demeanor can be somewhat awkward to deal with. She's not going to admit it, but she actually is glad he accompanied her on her first night at the institute, explaining what he could, even if she was skeptical of most of what he told her. And while Rita rejected his help in the lake, he did earn some respect points for offering.
KIDA MASAOMI
durarara!!
As far as Rita is concerned, this guy is an obnoxious, delusional, loudmouthed idiot. The way he casually flirts with her and doesn't seem to get the hint that she's rejecting him is both baffling and infuriating. Rita also finds it frustrating that it was this idiot, of all people, who heard some of her secret thoughts revealed by her 'shadow'. One thing she will acknowledge was how he managed to stay calm during that ordeal, though she isn't sure whether it was due to maturity or ignorance.
KINOMOTO SAKURA
card captor sakura
Rita doesn't know very much about Sakura so far and doesn't have any strong opinions about her, but she appreciates the girl's willingness to talk about her magic abilities. As for Sakura's personality, she finds it to be somewhere between "tolerable" and "pleasant."
LEON D. S. GEESTE
star ocean: the second story
Though Rita can't help but think of him as a shrimp, she actually kind of respects Leon. He seems to know his stuff, and his stuff happens to be the very fields that Rita is most interested in. She's been able to get some valuable information from him, and she's quite pleased about that.
MELLO
death note
Known to Rita as 'Morgan', he's a bit of a mystery and seems to divulge only as much information as he deems necessary. In return, Rita keeps him at an arm's length, and hasn't even told him her given name. Despite the lack of trust, Rita at least believes him to be competent, and maybe even reliable under the right circumstances. She's a little wary about showing her face around him after she completely freaked out that one nightshift, though. Frankly, it was humiliating.
MORGAN LEFLAY
tales of monkey island
These two got off to a rocky start, but it looks like they're starting to get along better. At first, Rita was annoyed with Morgan, and thought she had to be either crazy or lying to know nothing of Terca Lumireis. Once they both came to understand the institute somewhat better, they were able to stop arguing and start talking productively. Rita still has her doubts about Morgan's abilities, but she's willing to wait and see what the self-proclaimed Mighty Pirate Hunter™ is capable of.
RAINE SAGE
tales of symphonia
Raine is the first person Rita's met in the institute who seems to speak her language. That is, they're both able to babble on about magic theory while the other remains captivated by the information. It also seems that Raine's world is more similar to Terca Lumireis than Earth or any other planet Rita knows of thus far, and so Rita has taken a bit of an interest in learning more about it. She hasn't yet developed a strong opinion of Raine herself other than that she acknowledges that she has a wealth of knowledge and appreciates that she's so willing to share it with her.
TURANGA LEELA
futurama
Leela is the first person Rita met at Landel's, and as such, their first encounter was filled with much confusion and many misconceptions. Rita did, however, find Leela's talking about the institute 'changing people' suspicious, and is already fairly certain she was referring to herself. But to what sort of change is still a mystery that may require prodding in future conversations. Aside from the confusion and suspicion, there is a bit of acknowledgment and respect for Leela's recognition of the abundance of human stupidity in the universe. If there's any stance Rita can find common ground with, it's that.
