Garage Update

Have spoken with the garage where my poor truck is currently residing.

I am looking at at least a 2 week wait before it will be back in my control. *Sigh*

Gotta arrange with Enterprise to get a smaller car to incur less cost.

Rental car being swapped tomorrow for the less expensive model if possible.

Should mean no out of pocket for the car ... or less than $10 a day.

I'm not sure where you live or what hours you keep, but I commute into Maple Ave from Trumansburg everyday 8:30 to 5:00 ish. If ride sharing would help you at all, just let me know!

I currently have a rental and am going to trade it in for a smaller car to save cash.

Insurance company covers the rental, so I'm dropping the supplemental insurance. The care should be a less than $5 a day after that.

LOL!!

I realized what was going to happen and instead of tensing up, I made sure of my grip on the wheel and relaxed.

No tension means less injury .. in this case .. no injury ... to me at least.

All on the drivers side: front quarter panel, main door, and rear door. I don't think the rear panel was damaged. It shattered the side window. My only injury came from that.

My personal sell flew out of my pocket during the accident and I got two small cuts on the back of my hand from glass looking for it. My work cell would not connect me to 911 for some reason.
