Good for you. You did a lot.
No need to do it all you know. The kitchen will 'live' to be washed another day and your back will appreciate the rest.

How did you make your pumpkin soup - with what other than the pumpkin?

I looked at the floor which is really in need of cleaning but then thought that it could wait. My back is much more important.
Pumpkin soup:
500 g pumpkin
30g of butter
1 pkt chicken noodle soup
1 onion - chopped
1 clove garlic
1 dessert spoon of tomato sauce
1 dessert spoon of chicken stock
3 cups water

Cook pumpkin - microwave, steam - whatever suits
Melt butter in large saucepan and fry onions and garlic until the onions are soft
Add all other ingredients and cook until the noodles are soft
Blend all ingredients using a blender, stick blender or whatever you have
Divide into portions and freeze if you want.
I divide my soup into individual portions and defrost when I want it.
Makes about 6 portions.

Thanks for the recipe. Sounds delicious.
When I try it, I'll let you know how it comes out.
