I haven't posted for a while but everything is going well. I still have the problem with my feet and I have osteoporosis in my right femur but I am working on it

I have to have two injections - one is radioactive and the other is to bind something to something. I now bruise after any injection. An Op Shop is a charity shop where people donate their unwanted items for others to buy. I can pick up a pure silk tie there for about $2. Choose the right Op Shop and you can find some incredible deals. The oven I need will have a separate burner and grill. I need to replace what is already there. I don't want self-cleaning - don't trust them. I want stainless steel with a good temperature guage. I think that I can manage the measuring and mixing myself. After all this I didn't make the ovens - but I did go to half a dozen op shops and found about a dozen ties.
I now bruise after any injection If possible, given the substances to be injected, they use a small gauge scalp vein needle?
You use the ties to quilt? Do you look for certain colors and patterns?
We have thrift shops here. They aren't all connected to charities but many are. They resell donated items. Same as with you, find the right thrift shop and you can get great deals.
Because everything now goes through my right arm I bruise whenever I have a blood test or injection of the isotopes etc. They do use very fine needles. The ties are for a quilt. When I am ready to have it quilted I will get it done professionally. A local craft store will take care of this. Right now in regards to the ties, I am enjoying looking for them. That's the best part.
Michele is tough but very good. She knows my medical situation and has researched what is good and not so good for me.
That is just so very very important. I know I delayed working out at all until I found someone I could trust would not ask me to do anything that would be harmful. Then, of course, Elena who worked out my current regime, has her masters in physical therapy, so I was able to completely relax and let her dictate to me. FanSee

What is done during your heart scan that leaves you bruised?
What's an op shop?
A new oven - nice. What do you have in mind? Burners and grill on top? Self-cleaning? Measures and mixes cake ingredients for you? :)
Have a good day tomorrow.
