Watching the Oscars.  Pretty wack, which is why I'm not completely paying attention to it.  The producers made some weird-ass choices for this show.  I'm mostly watching it so I can follow the liveblog at the AV Club.  A few notes

The best presenters of the night were Ben Stiller as Joaquin Phoenix/Natalie Portman and Tiny Fey/Steve Martin, come on!

Also, Daniel Craig does need to act or present, he merely needs to appear on camera in tailored suits.

Also also, I hate Beyonce so much.. where's the love for Latifah?

The ceremony was really dull, from what I saw of it. I was pretty stunned by how glitzed out the stage was as well! The fashions were also pretty glitzy, but generally boring. Tina Fey was most definitely the hottest woman there.

Also, I started crying when Heath Ledger won, and I still don't know why this happened (me crying, not him winning). I think it was because I had been drinking, but I dunno...He, along with Kate Winslet and Danny Boyle, definitely earned their gold statues.
