So, that was the first horror LARP weekend I've helped on to any notable extent, and a very weird one from my perspective. Even setting aside the usual propping and considering just being David Bradbury, I did more to facilitate the appearance of Bradbury-turned-monster the Bloated Man before the event than once the players encountered me. Well, I was there when the videos were played, but I was too far off to one side to see the projection on the rumpled sheet.

We didn't argue much about the stabbing - Baroness seemed quite content with keeping her distance. Before we figured out that there was a chance we could get out of it alive, we did discuss the proper order in which to administer hearty slaps around the face before dying and whether we'd need to form an orderly queue. I think we eventually settled on the idea that upon arrival we could go for one of us on either side delivering a hearty scolding.
