Last night was probably the most emotionally difficult night I've had in quite some time. I got on the phone with my friend, the one who needed to find out about the jackass she was seeing, and we dug in. So here friend never told her a thing - there's a big surprise - leaving it all up to me. I started out calmly and rationally explaining first
