its nice to see you updating. i think this girl will come around though. eventually she will realise that you are right in that her and no matter who she is with are going to be differant then her parents. it seems that she doesn't realise that "marriage" is more of a title and a way to get tax breaks. a relationship can last forever or else not, putting a mere word on it is hardly going to change the outcome of that. "marriage" really can't change the nature of a relationship.
then again, maybe she missed what relationships are all about to begin with. could that be a possibility? just a thought. other then that, i'm glad things are going ok for you. i miss hanging out and i miss our conversations. good luck to you though.

I hope you're right, Autumn - that she'll come around. It's not like I'm planning to get married tomorrow, but being 25 (almost 26) I have to make sure that avenue is open with whomever I date. Who knows if we're right for each other looking long term? But I feel like fun time is over, and casual dating is something I just don't have the luxury of enjoying. Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying that I don't want to have fun and date... but if someone I'm dating isn't looking for a long term relationship I just need to think twice. Wow. Now I'm depressing myself. Talk about a quarter-life crisis ;-)
