Sorry Kid

I feel almost guilty in a way for having this kid. Selfish, I guess. I mean, I wanted a kid because I love Evan so much and wanted to have the love we share smushed together into one awesome little being. I'm not having her to work on a farm or donate a kidney or anything, which I guess is pretty selfish too, but at least she'd have a purpose.

The fact that you even QUESTION yourself in this way, or that you see the selfish part of it shows that you love that kid so much that she'd never NOT like you. I mean, it's parents of children that are assholes, who truly are selfish people that end up saying "I didn't ask to be born." But ones who come from honesty like that, it's not going to happen. No one could ever not love you, man. Between your mom, you and evan that kid is going to have so much love she won't know what to do besides smile.

My vet used to give herself an ultrasound every day, because they had the animal ultrasound thing there. Lucky bitch, LOL. I had that thing with the headphones you can use to try and hear their heartbeat. It worked ONCE out of 22 months (total) I've been pregnant in my life, LOL. It was cool when it did though! ;o)

evan has a stethoscope for work but i haven't been able to hear anything so far.

The first time she smiles at you... you're going to cry. And she's going to love you unconditionally... it's so much bigger than like.

i'm going to cry all the time, i already know that. just imagining seeing her for the first time, i get teary. the first smile directed at me, oh man, major tears, i'm sure.
