I am miserable. Every time I look in the mirror I want to puke. I often wonder how I let myself go like this. Nothing fits right anymore. I was 120 for about 3 years and I wasn't extrememly happy with my body shape, but at least rolls weren't popping out every chance they got. I'm already doing badly. I ate candy yesterday on Easter, too much

It's a little tough for me to prepare meals ahead of time, I'm hardly ever home and usually getting something fast like subway, which isn't all that bad.
Processed food is gross and I don't eat it much at all these days unless I have to.
How do you eat 6 meals per day, are they small? and any of them just a simple snack?
The cheat day is a wonderful idea, i like it!
