I have this tendency to take over an instrument for long hours on end. Here's an example; I just ran my calibration curve, I haven't run the data yet, but I just set-up my first day of data to run (I have two more waiting in the wings). There are 10 samples, 2 replicates, plus 2 replicates of a standard. Each run is 30 minutes. SO, 22X30=660 ( Read more... )
