Rowan's new school

So I wanted to write about something positive-not the surgery. Rowan got accepted(they were only taking 5-6 kids) to the New City School. I don't know it's exact address, but it's an old Catholic school on 13th Ave NE, right accross the street from 212 pottery, down a block from Erte. 3 blocks from my mom(She's on 4th). Sounds exciting. School options have come along way since we were kids. Thankfully.

that sounds so cool.

I hope, when the time comes, we can find a good fit for Hunter too.

That school sounds a lot like the Waltdorf School downtown, but doesn't cost 10K a year!

I look forward to seeing Rowan in a play or something!

I am jealous now that I don't live in Mpls too...she'll have such a great time and it sounds like a great school. I don't know what we'll find around our area but I can't wait to hear what activities she gets involved in. You get to go see little plays too! It's going to be a lot of fun I bet.

That's really neat. I went to a Fine Arts magnet school for grades 1-5 in WI. I don't know that it made me any artsier than the average person as an adult, but I was definitely well-rounded.
