I can't actually remember what those meme's are about but anyway...
Let's see...term's officially ended! Yay! So I am heading off home tommorow morning. (home being used carefully as I tend to refer to egham as home as well *meep*) I went to the last lecture, feeling as if I shouldn't of got out of bed, (which is most of the time except I've actually got a semi-reason; ill!) but now I can say:
I only missed a few lectures in the middle. :)
Other events, not particularly except much roleplay has been done and much will be missed over this weekend. (dark ages and Kent)
Oh and for Beeblebear and Wychboy will be happy to hear I finished the first book of The Song of Ice and Fire, A Game of Thrones, by George R.R. Martin. Twas a good read, I may have missed a couple of things, but i do like the author's note: The Devil is in the Details, they say. Which could have a double meaningif the authour is not just referring to the editing process. The other being there's so many details in the book, that they're worth noting later.
The ending of the book to me wasn't that surprising, though I was surprised about the Khal. I thought he might actually live. (I was waiting for Viersis (meh can't spell) to die, and Daenerys though after she'd given birth. But nice twist near the end, I assume the prophecy was for her not the babe.) Also have to mention not much on Ayra, i could of done less with Sansa quite happily.
I have got some random crack pot theories:
1. Jon Snow's Mother is...
2. That the child at the Eeyrie, Robert, will get thrown out the moon gate with his mother. (this maybe just wishful thinking)
3. That Bran becomes some sort of wizard.
4. Benjen Stark is actually still alive, well in theory he's still moving and being controlled by the Others.
5. The king's smith bastard becomes involved in the plot rather than just met once and forgotten, as well as his sister.
6. Joffrey gets beheaded, hopefully by dragons.
7. the second book should be autumn and winter at the end. For dramatic effect.
Hmm that will do for now, will have to get the second book out of the library.
