Me, too. I'm usually so uncomfortable with anger but I've been learning to just let it be. It's weird but it's good, too. <3

"Sometimes when I feel like killing someone, I do a little trick to calm myself down. I'll go over to the persons house and ring the doorbell. When the person comes to the door, I'm gone, but you know what I've left on the porch? A jack-o-lantern with a knife stuck in the side of it's head with a note that says "You." After that I usually feel a lot better, and no harm done."-jack handy!

Seriously, i know all about this. You try and get rid of the anger, turn into something positive, try to transcend it, try to rationalize feelings (like that ever works), and you think you are over it. Then you wake up one day staring out your window like the flaming eye of saragon from LOTR peering out towards the direction of town where the evil ones dwell. Or maybe thats just me, but i have a really big window so it just happens. :) Bogdi, i say you allow yourself to be mad, it will work itself out a lot quicker than pretending you don't have a right to be angry and repressing it.

indeed so (to allowing, to the window, to jack handy ;-)). I just bored a bunch of people with my tales of anger and then I wrote down the offenses. I will develop these lists and then I will do *something* with them. Maybe attach them to fire arrows and launch them ;)
