atonement is a cool movie. if i were asked to describe it in one word, i would use 'sweet' or 'warm'. i'm not in favor of too-much britishness, but i really like the way it goes. storyline is so usual in the beginning that the only significant turn of the plot made me feel uncomfortable. but it's that salt that makes the movie touching and even

I've heard similar reviews and agree that I would see it but cannot. Keira Knightly just irritates me WAY too much.
