i have no idea what you two look like to judge ;) hehe. sure, Lucky and I are gorgeous, but as i look at pics of people from California and such I'm drooling... they're like greek gods in my opinion.
if there really is such thing as reincarnation, i'm reborn in California! Woo!

it's just an observational question.
i'd say people on the west coast are stereotyped. i usually find icons of people from california on lj that look like super models... they probably are pictures of super models or a hot new actor out in movies...
lol i totally disagree...but my personal tastes are a bit skewed...i think the media in general sort of portrays Californians as being beautiful people in general and that we're all tall (well i am but whatever), built and ripped, have gorgeous friends (no comment on this but i will elaborate if i have to), and spend all of our time in the sun. I'm in NO way saying that you're submitting to this stereotype cause you're obviously more intelligent then me lol so i won't even dive into that. But i personally have an affinity for the sort of humbleness that i've found in guys born and raised on the East Coast. My last boyfriend was from Pennsylvania and while extremely physically attractive, his sensibilities and personality were what really kept me enamoured by him. But, then again, i'm so extremely picky it doesn't even make sense
( ... )
i'd have to agree that they're stereotyped... of course most anywhere in the country people are stereotyped. Poeple in movies here are stereotypical...
I guess that's just the conventional way of getting across to the audience where exactly something is without really showing what it is.
I think movies with stereotypes are saying that where it is really doesn't matter, it's the story - not the location... i dunno.
To be honest, and particularly over-analytical... I'd say your attraction to people from the West Coast has nothing to do with the people, but some desire for you to be on the west coast - a land that is exotic, compared to Georgia. But then, that's just me being pseudo-intellectual. (You'd think I'd taken Freshman Psych!)
