Someone has been killed. Report all missing persons immediately.
ADDENDUM:
The prior assumption of seven letters was incorrect. An eighth letter dated from January 26th has been disclosed by an anonymous informant. "Four have information on the monsters." If such information exists, I request that it be released. Anonymity will be granted if requested.
SECOND ADDENDUM:
The identity of the deceased is known: America, also known as Alfred Jones. The witness to the death is Russia, also known as Ivan Braginski. Prior to the death, the witness had matched known voice samples of one of the 'monsters' to the deceased.

1. Alfred Jones (America) had previously requested Ludwig Hermann's (Germany) cooperation. Germany was asked to terminate America in the case that he was brainwashed.
2. Before his death, America had left a message. "I know who one of them is, and I promised to do what I had to. By the time you listen to this, he'll be dead. Find the others and end this, but only if you know for sure."
3. America proceeded to Ivan Braginski's (Russia) residence on 1444 Mitchell Road and attacked him.
4. Russia killed America under the claim of self-defense.
. . . . . . . . Two possibilities exist. America suspected Russia of being the murderer and attacked. America suspected himself of being the murderer and committed suicide by proxy. Of the two, the latter appears to be more likely. If that is the case, even the 'monsters' are unaware that they themselves are committing the crimes.
Points Against America:
1. He was one of the lead instigators of the riot.
2. He was a repeated suspect.
3. His voice matched the sample of the 'monster' released over the radio on the 24th of January.
