i finished the stranger. good book. albert camus is the biggest cynical realist i've ever encountered--but way cool. he was a wonderful author...very influential. the only other one of his works i read was a short story, the title of which i've forgotten. anyways, it was a rather long short story that spanned the events of one night. it highlighted

oh SHIT. you found a condom wrapper??? hehehe. that must have been left over from the 'pat era.' eaughh. how nasty. sorry bout that- thought i did a pretty good job disposing of all that stuff at the time but i guess not. :-/ i told mom but i'll tell you too just in case: can you make sure you save all my collection dolls? and those few baskets full of papers and scrap book crap? if you could just stick them in boxes or whatever i'll pick them up to lug around with me the next time i'm over there. danke!
