i should be scared, i should be worried
BUT for some really strange reason, I'm not afraid :(
fear has not settled in, so i'm not studying as hard for the mcat as i should be
SOMEONE BEAT SOME FEAR INTO ME! MAKE ME AFRAID!
And i should be afraid since this is my only shot to get into medical school...

You will conquerate that test! Pretend studying is chocolate and you won't be able to stop!

I'd imagine that's why so many people never came back after that lunch break when I took the MCAT, accepting their test as void when they still had a whole other half to go.
So I'd say, don't be afraid. If you're not afraid, you've potentially "mastered" one of the aspects that the test unofficially tests. And if this is really your only shot at getting into medical, think of it this way: you have nothing to lose with this test, and everything to gain. So do your best and don't worry about it.
(Frenzied studying is worth less compared to normal thought-pattern studying.)
