Hey nice to hear from you again :)

Been having some issue with my health lately so did not really loiter around too much. Furthermore my Cali gym membership has also lapsed and I've no intention to renew it, so did not have a chance to meet anybody in the gym yet...haha

Coupled with I've recently been busy setting up my company...just an ikan bilis online website selling some health products (not up yet)...so din really have a chance to mingle round too much also.....so blah blah blah loh.... :)

I see that you are finally a qualified BC instructor, congrats! So when will be your first shadowing lesson? ;)

Haha.... oh my god. Nigel is in the kitchen!! Haha.
I'm glad that you find cooking to be a joy. To me cooking has always been my passion. Maybe, we should sign up for some cooking classes!! Haha.
You said you rather pay $0.50 for it rather than cooking them yourself but the sweetness of it all in not just in the taste, but the effort and the end result of it. The satisfaction that you've done it and do it well, is the reward.

I've tried more dishes lately. See my latest post.

On! we will sign up for cooking classes! But I'm more interested in those teaching local hawker dishes or western main dishes (pasta, fillets, pork chop, etc). No cakes or desserts or something that cannot fill my stomach ;)
