Your resentment...is delicious

I was thinking that maybe, after I graduated, my obsession with TV shows would recede to a more healthy amount (i.e. finishing an entire season on DVD would perhaps happen over a month rather than a two day period). But...no.

I just finished Season 1 of Veronica Mars and kind of loved it. Looking back I kind of love everything Kristen Bell does ( Read more... )

Apparently heavy doses of peanut butter and Diet Coke work as a sedative for me. mandyhaven May 26 2009, 22:45:52 UTC
Wait, since when did either of us become "pretty accepting of everyone"? That's some bullshit and I don't want to hear it again. I am HIGHLY intolerant and I require my friends to be the same. Judge freely and openly, comrade.

Also, I don't think Kristen Bell has always chosen winners. Isn't she in a bunch of shitty horror movies? The kind where ghosts are haunting your laptop and whatnot?

I maintain my position: Kristen Bell rocks. Reefer Madness: The Musical and on are straight successes.

Reefer Madness: She sings.
Gossip Girl: Anything, no matter how obliquely connected to Blake Lively is going to be success-gold. Kristen Bell, however, is the narrator-- she *is* the *Gossip girl*.
Heroes: LIGHTNING comes out of her HANDS! This is not so much a nod to her acting skills but rather a testament to my own desire to see LIGHTNING come out of my HANDS
Sarah Marshall: I don't even have to defend this movie because it rocks so much awesome.

PS: I loved that quote too.

Haven't seen Reefer Madness. Didn't know that about Gossip Girl, despite it being my big sister's favorite show. And I, too, would be quite thrilled to have lightning start coming out of my hands. As long as I had a modicum of control over it, and did not electrocute willy-nilly.

Oh, I guess that isn't Dennis Quaid. My bad.

You're right, Jane Lynch is fantastic.
