So-- I am in Washington DC taking a course the Travel Channel offered on film editing/documentary making. Which has been super interesting and hella-intimidating. The people we have met are ridiculously interesting and make me have hope for having a career in Travel (be it at the Travel Channel or elsewhere

WHAAAAAA? When did this happen?! And whyfore did you say nothing about it? I saw the video for the same workshop on the Travel Channel website when I was researching travel-writing, but I navigated away quickly when I saw the price. That, and it's about videography, not the actual writing, of course. That's very cool that you guys are doing that.
