what does dr. zen have to say about the quandary of personal freedom vs. a duty to the betterment of society and how do perceptions of opression affect ones behavior? is it possible for freedom to exist without opression? one would argue that the total freedom of an egalitarian society implies the stunting of the individual; yet wouldn't the inverse be true as well? is it opressive to be responsible to society, or is it more opressive to deny ones responsibility to society? or does the mere thought of society scream opression?
this is something i've been thinking about a lot.
scuffle through the mucky muck and give me your answer...
