Ok, so to begin with, I've been feeling stuck in a rut the past couple of weeks. I recently moved back to Michigan from Austin, TX, because, among other things, I was homesick. Anyone who knows me well knows that outside of my family and friends, I love the following things the most in life

I put your blog in my google reader, looks good! If you're down for another form of social networking, I really recommend getting on twitter. Don't laugh! Seriously, it's a great way to keep in touch with what people in your area are doing. I don't know about the west side of the state, but it seems like everyone who is doing something in the Metro Detroit area is on twitter.

I'm glad you moved back to Michigan! What side of the state do you plan to make your home?

Thanks! I was thinking about getting a twitter account recently, I know a lot of people and organizations that use it on both sides of the state.

I'm in Romeo at the moment. I'm planning on moving back to Kalamazoo at the end of March, but I have no defnite plans for staying there outside of the immediate future. If it happens, it happens, but I love the Detroit area too. How's the house? Its looking snazzy in the photos you posted from New Years.
