Aye... lay offs always do seem to be creapy... cause its almost like people just get picked off at random... that and a lot of times they get rid of the best people.... cause those people are bad for upper managments ego.
The fun part is when they lay off people... but the work hasn't really lessoned... so the people that are left have to work twice as hard to make up for things... then the quality goes down.... the audits start happening... and the company hires a bunch of temps.
Well at least at my call center they at least know how to lay people off *eyeroll* It's not like they won't know who the worst performers are, they track enough stats to analyze the hell out of everyone. People with crappy attendance go first, I think.
